This $14m repositioning project took a dated office building in a prime location to a stunning Class-A office asset.  Preconstruction for the project consisted of bidding a full facade removal and replacement and providing cost estimating and analysis of interior renovation options that resulted additional construction scope in the form of renovations to the main lobby, core restrooms, elevator lobbies, adding a rooftop terrace and shelling the floor plates to give new tenants a clean slate.
